Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Struggling with anxiety, depression, or major life changes? Coping with intense emotions, loss, grief, or relationship issues? I am here to help you mobilize your inner strengths, flow through challenges, and grow in resilience.

Flow and Grow Psychotherapy, operated by Songqin Wei, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space where you can discover, listen to, and see your true self. Inspired by the concept of flowing like water—fluid, flexible, and resilient—I aim to guide you through life’s ups and downs, helping you glow with the flow.

My approach is rooted in the Chinese word 念(niàn), symbolizing a heartfelt connection in the present. I incorporate Expressive Arts and Somatic work to help you explore beyond words and fully experience your body, mind, and spirit. For those new to these methods, I also integrate SFT, MI, DBT, and CBT to meet your unique needs.

I understand that taking the first step can be difficult, but I invite you to start with a free 15-minute conversation. Together, we can explore how to flow through your current challenges and grow towards self-discovery, healing, and personal development. It would be an honor to be part of your journey. Thank you for considering me.
