Bio

I specialize in helping adults heal from painful experiences using a trauma-informed approach that is warm, compassionate, and attuned. I understand how these experiences can cause wounds that impact relationships, work, and happiness, and are often the root cause of anxiety and depression. I seek to understand each person’s experiences and the effect they have on their lives, past and present. I am inspired to work with individuals struggling with trauma, relationships, women’s issues, life transitions, family of origin, and BIPOC/Asian American identity. My goal is to provide a safe environment to help individuals develop a new sense of identity and fulfillment and achieve their goals.
