If you’re reading this right now, you might be feeling down, confused, and maybe even stuck with what to do or where to go. Life IS tough, and I want you to know that you don’t have to go through it alone. I feel deeply honored to help people explore, understand, and learn to accept themselves. I strive to create a casual, comfortable, and authentic feel to our therapy sessions to help us build a safe environment to explore your thoughts, feelings, and vulnerabilities. My clients have commented and shared that they appreciate my genuine and compassionate nature, as well as my curiosity for them and their life stories.

I commit to work from a decolonial lens, viewing my clients and their lives from a systems and intergenerational perspective. Especially being asian and/or of color in America, it has its unique stressors that deserves to be prioritized in the therapy room. I consider myself to be an activist and also have a lot of experience supporting those with activist burnout or trauma due to activism. I am EMDR trained and can offer EMDR sessions for clients as well.

I primarily work with college students, young professionals, and couples. I also specialize in BIPOC mental health, specifically those who are a part of the children of immigrant generation. My clients work with me through their experiences of depression, anxiety, relationship/family issues, peer conflict, self-esteem, worth, identity, and chronic PTSD. I specialize in grief, complex ptsd, the asian American experience, and first gen mental health.

The hardest part of seeking therapy is this first step, and if you’re reading this, you got there! Finding a therapist that is the best fit FOR YOU and feels right is the most important. I offer free 15 minute consultations as a chance for you to learn more about me and my style, please reach out to book, and you can also visit my website to learn more about me!
