I provide a supportive place for what feels hard to share.

Clients who have worked with me appreciate my steady, compassionate presence to share vulnerable experiences without the fear of judgement and gain a better understanding of themselves and their challenges.

Whether it’s navigating self doubt, family conflict, or intergenerational trauma, this space is created for you to unpack what you’ve been carrying and find the strength and tools within therapy to build a more fulfilling life.

Clients appreciate my warm, engaging, and practical approach to therapy. I use a holistic, integrative range of evidence-based therapies suited to each person’s needs. My goal is for each client to gain a clearer perspective on the underlying source of their challenges and experience new ways of responding to their life that feel authentic and empowering.

As someone who has lived through significant trauma, I know firsthand how overwhelming and isolating it can be to navigate life feeling unseen and unsupported. Therefore, I focus on connecting with you as a fellow human, meeting you where you are in each moment, and honoring your process.

I’d be honoured to hear from you wherever you are in your journey. If you are interested in learning more about what counselling may look like with me, I warmly welcome you to visit my website to contact me directly.
