Are you stressed from life transitions, overwhelmed from pressures of high expectations and a noisy world with multiple demands, exploring your racial/cultural heritage identity, or navigating your identity as a transracial transnational adoptee? You are not alone. If you’re looking to feel connected to yourself and others, discover your authentic self, and increase self-compassion, therapy is a great place to start.

Sometimes we don’t know what we need – that’s ok! There is no rush or “fixing” required. You will have space in session to just be – to reflect and share your story. Through therapy, we will help you discover what you need to heal and grow into your identity and self so that you feel more connected to yourself and others.
The first step to healing can be daunting. I am available via email if you have any questions about working together. I also offer free, 15-minute phone consultations to check-out the vibes! I look forward to connecting!
