Whether you’re working through a challenge or just want a safe space to decompress, I’m here to listen. I believe therapy is built around compassion, mutual trust, respect, and collaboration. My trauma-informed integrative approaches to therapy are grounded in mindfulness, relational, and psychodynamic therapy. I work with Asian and Asian American adults in individual therapy on the following areas: relationship issues, parenting, self-esteem, stress, anxiety, and depression.
