We often walk through life without realizing how heavily other people’s judgements, expectations, and biases weigh on us. Trying to untangle our identity from how others see us can be overwhelming. Reaching out for help is tough and can be a little scary. I acknowledge your vulnerability and bravery.

Just a few of the reasons you might be here:  You question yourself or your interactions with others (especially family). You struggle with making decisions. You find focusing on and following through on commitments difficult. You need help with repairing, or establishing and maintaining healthy relationships. You have goals in sight but need support achieving them.

Whatever the reason, I am so glad you’re here! You do not have to be limited by your past experiences, and it can be freeing to understand how they impact you. I approach working with you from a trauma-informed, person-centered, compassion focused lens. I also use brainspotting, a neurobiological method for treating trauma.  You’ll work through emotions to process through your trauma without having to relive it. Some people experience faster and deeper results compared to other treatments.

If any of this resonates with you, I would love to work with you! Send me an email or call me so we can see if we are a good fit.
