Bio

Hi, My name is Patricia (she/her/hers).
I believe that when, as a collective, we are healthy on all levels – mental, physical, and spiritual – we will be kinder to ourselves, the people around us, and Mother Earth.
My practice draws on my trust, my ability to orient to the individual’s inner capacity to heal, and my deep appreciation for the power of connection.

In a culture that perpetuates disconnection, many of us have lost the ability to grieve, feel our emotions fully, and connect to our bodies and one another. I believe in taking an active approach to healing, and I give you the tools and trust that you can do the work.

Over the years, I have helped clients dealing with many complex lived experiences, including anxiety, depression, personal and collective grief, loss, fertility issues, challenging family dynamics, low self-esteem and self-worth and existential concerns. I have also supported people searching for a purpose in their lives.

Other areas I have experience in include:

  • Family of origin issues
  • Depression, Anxiety and feeling Overwhelmed
  • Relationship breakdown
  • Loneliness and social isolation
  • Climate and ecological grief
  • Spiritual bereftness
  • and more…
