Bio

I believe that healing can be the most transformative when we have a better understanding of the various parts of ourselves that make us who we are. I want to get to know you and your story and how it’s impacted your sense of wholeness.  I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, anxiety and depression. I also have extensive experience working with young children and their parents, supporting their understanding of their child ‘s behaviors as they navigate significant life changes. I use an empathetic approach, meet you where you are and follow your lead so you feel empowered in this process.  Together we will explore experiences from your past and present which provides an opportunity where you can get support, guidance, and learn new ways of coping by implementing solutions that can be used in your everyday life.
As a second generation Filipina American, I understand on a fundamental level how the complexities of race, cultural identity and systemic oppression can shape one’s experiences, relationships and overall mental wellness.. I hope to help you work towards the life you imagined with more joy and meaningful existence.
