Bio

I am a somatic psychotherapist (Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)) dedicated to cultivating holistic collective healing and social justice. I am also a queer, non-binary, diasporic Chinese person, and my lived experience has moved me to help other marginalized people to process intergenerational pain and to fully embody one’s power and worth. I work with BIPOC adults one-on-one through a holistic approach that is trauma-informed, body-oriented, and anti-oppressive to support all aspects of you in order to heal in the body, mind, heart, and spirit.

I enjoy working with my clients on issues related to:

  • PTSD, C-PTSD, childhood trauma, attachment (relationship) issues

  • Racialized trauma, migration, diasporic experiences, belonging

  • Gender non-conformity, 2SLGBTQ+ identity and sexuality

  • Shame, rage, dissociation

  • Self-esteem, imposter syndrome, intuition/inner knowing

  • Intergenerational trauma, resilience, grief
