Clinically, I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing upon relational, dialectical behavioral, and internal family systems theories. I believe therapeutic work takes place when you’re able to feel safe and vulnerable in the space with me, I will work with you on leaning into your own experiences with compassion, and build resiliency by overcoming challenges with support moving forward. I am passionate about working with individuals on navigating mood disorders, eating, body image concerns, or navigating their intersecting identities.
I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health counseling from University of Pennsylvania, and completed training in providing counseling through a trauma informed and multicultural lens. Currently, I am working in university setting, serving college students of various needs and I also coordinate services (e.g., therapy, workshop, group, referrals) for international students. I worked in community mental health and psychiatric settings, serving various populations of different backgrounds and needs. Most recently I served as Team Leader at the Renfrew Center.
